This guide is intended for administrators who manage your settings within Okta and RIPA Global. In order to enable login to RIPA via Okta, first an Okta "app" must be created detailing the intended RIPA connection. Then, some details of this Okta app must be copied into your RIPA settings. The details for the first step are found below, and an article detailing the second step may be found here.


As an Okta administrator signed into your company's Okta account:


1. Navigate to "Applications"



2. Select "Create App Integration"



3. Select "OIDC" and "Web Application"



4. Name the integration "RIPA Integration"



5. Set your redirect URI


You must set the redirect URI to this exact text:


https://root.ripaexpenses.com/auth/okta/callback



6. Configure app access to suit your organisation


All users expected to submit, review and otherwise manage expenses via RIPA will need to have access to the new Okta app that you are setting up here.



7. Save your new RIPA Integration app


Click on the "Save" button.



You now configured the Okta side of RIPA-Okta integration.
