This guide is applicable to users in organisations that have configured Okta for sign in.
When your account was created, you will have received an email prompting you to confirm your email address. This email looks like:
Please select "Confirm e-mail". You will see a page asking which login method you will use, like so:
Please select "Sign in with Okta". You will then be presented with an Okta authentication screen:
Please fill out your Okta credentials for your existing account under your Okta organisation. You may then select "Sign in". This will establish a connection between your Okta account and RIPA account. The result will sign you in to RIPA Global.
In future, you may sign in to RIPA Global using the link that was initially emailed to you:
