RIPA Expenses is proud to be integrated with New Zealand's own rideshare company, Zoomy.
This allows RIPA users to travel with Zoomy and have coded, justified expenses flow directly into RIPA expenses. No need to collect any paper or email receipts!
To ride with Zoomy using RIPA:
Open your RIPA Expenses mobile app.
Select your Expense Code, either by tapping a favourite code, or tapping on Search Codes to search the complete list of expense codes available.
Start typing to enter your comment to justify why you are incurring the expense. Then tap Ride with Zoomy.
If you have a Zoomy account, this will automatically open the Zoomy app, and you can order a ride in the normal way. The screen you land on will look something like this:
If you don't already have a Zoomy account, you'll be invited to sign up for free.
Once your ride is completed, Zoomy will send your coded, justified receipt direct to your RIPA Expenses account.
