The RIPA Expenses Mobile App is available on iOS and Android devices. It is a free download from the App Store and Google Play Store.
Installing the RIPA Expenses Mobile App on your Android phone
Open the Play Store (if using your phone to read this, tap here)
Enter RIPA Expenses in the Search bar at the top
Select the RIPA Expenses app
Tap INSTALL
Installing the RIPA Expenses Mobile App on iOS
Open the App Store (if using your phone to read this, tap here)
Tap the Search icon and enter RIPA Expenses
Select the RIPA Expenses app
Tap GET
Enter your Apple ID password
Once installed
Once the app has finished installing, the RIPA Expenses icon will be available amongst your other apps. We recommend you then find your "Welcome" e-mail while using that same mobile device, scroll down to the orange "Open workspace" button and tap on that to proceed; the RIPA Expenses app will start and ask you to sign into your company workspace.
If you want to specify a workspace manually
If you cannot find the "Welcome" e-mail or don't want to fetch that on your mobile device for any reason, you will need to know your workspace name which you can find in your original "Activate your RIPA Expenses account" e-mail - your workspace URL is given as shown here:
...and your workspace is the bit between "https://" and the first dot, so in the above example, it is "demo-customer". Now open the RIPA Expenses mobile phone app. It will ask for your workspace (left-hand picture below), so type that in (right-hand picture):
When you tap on the orange "Next" button, you might get asked if you want to proceed to use "ripaexpenses.com" to sign in. The left-hand picture below shows an example of this for iOS; Android is similar; tap on "Continue" to proceed to the sign-in page:
...and then you can sign in as normal. The sign-in options presented for your particualar workspace will vary depending on how your administrator set everything up - when in doubt, ask them for help.
